I started work in the agricultural industry in 1975 as a trainee Sales Representative. Following which i moved into management with the same company. In November 1993 my wife and I decided to start our own business and now it is ''Pallisers of Hereford Ltd''
My job within the company is to ensure that goods and services we supply are 100% in quality and value for money.
The aim of my job is to ensure that the staff enjoy what they are doing and have a sense of pride in their work, which will ensure ourcustomers are happy.
